Description
The employer is hiring Material Handler I, II, and III to pick warehouse parts and deliver them to assembly areas, supporting production utilization and customer demand. The role follows safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity standards, participates in 5S programs, completes forklift daily procedures, and may resolve basic problems. Material Handler I requires 0–2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; Material Handler II requires 1–3 years of experience and forklift or ERP-related capabilities; Material Handler III requires 2–5 years of experience, team leadership, and coaching experience. The second-shift schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with pay rates of $23.25 per hour for Level I and $25.25 per hour for Level II, plus a $2.50 shift premium.
