Description
The Material Handler works in production facilities to load, unload, move, secure, and store materials and products. The role involves handling materials on pallets, racks, shelves, vehicles, and industrial equipment; using hand tools, hand trucks, electric dollies, wheelbarrows, cranes, hoists, and occasionally industrial trucks; and performing simple adjustments, repairs, and material-shoveling tasks. The position requires physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working long hours, and prefers a high school diploma or equivalent.
