AM General is hiring Material Handlers to support manufacturing operations by controlling and moving inventory, loading and receiving materials, assembling and repacking kits, delivering build materials to assembly lines, verifying parts against production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating shortages to supervisors and planners. The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to operate powered industrial trucks, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, regular attendance, and effective communication. The position starts at 5:00 a.m., requires a contract basis for the first 30 days, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and other benefits with a starting wage of $19.25-$20.00.
