Description
A & Associates is hiring an entry-level Material Handler in Mount Vernon, Illinois, on a temporary-to-full-time basis. The role works 12-hour rotating Pitman shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and involves manually and mechanically moving materials, operating forklifts and balers, loading trailers and dumpsters, sorting and baling recyclables, documenting work, and lifting 25–50 pounds. Forklift training is available onsite. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED (or the ability to obtain one within 90 days), must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States, and must complete a criminal check and drug screen during onboarding.
