Description
The Belting Material Fabrication Worker performs slitting processes and operates equipment in a belting-material fabrication area. Responsibilities include transporting materials with forklifts and cranes, preparing and retagging materials, assigning location numbers, returning materials to inventory racks, and completing other fabrication duties. The role requires a GED or high school equivalent, English and metric-order-reading ability, basic computer data-entry skills, independent machinery setup, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver rolls exceeding 500 pounds. It is available on the first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or the third shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
