Description
The Warehouse Material Handler performs shipping, receiving, order picking, loading, unloading, and material movement in a warehouse, yard, or work site. The role operates forklifts, electric lifts, pallet jacks, trailers, and other material-handling equipment; verifies shipments; picks and palletizes orders; secures cargo; records units; and maintains safety, inventory control, and housekeeping standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, forklift training is required, and six months of material-handling experience is preferred. The position pays $20.00–$21.00 per hour and requires lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 100 pounds occasionally.
