Learning Resources is hiring a Material Handler for Outbound to support its shipping team by preparing parcels and LTL pallet loads, labeling and staging orders, maintaining shipment flow, and completing cross-training in warehouse functions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, instruction-following ability, ERP/WMS knowledge, weekend availability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $19.57 per hour, with potential profit sharing, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.
