Description
The role receives, inspects, unloads, and stores raw and finished materials; maintains organized inventory; stages materials for production; replenishes stock; assists with cycle counts; and operates industrial lift trucks and crane hoists. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, material-handling ability, basic measurement and arithmetic skills, communication skills, and the ability to work safely on a production floor while lifting up to 75 pounds. Prior material-handling experience with a steel or aluminum manufacturer is preferred.
