Description
The Material Handler operates industrial trucks, forklifts, lifting devices, overhead and jib cranes, and tow motors to move, stack, deliver, and secure metal parts and materials in a machine shop. The role also supports machine setup, material inventory, weighing, coolant and lubrication, oil reclamation, cleaning, receiving, inspection, and storage activities. It requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., a company Fork Lift and Crane Operator Permit, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy, dusty, and physically hazardous manufacturing environment.
