Description
The Steel/Forging Material Handler safely loads, unloads, moves, inspects, and organizes steel bars, tubes, and forgings in an outdoor yard. The role supports production and shipping by maintaining accurate material identification, staging, inventory, and yard organization while operating forklifts and other handling equipment, assisting truck drivers, and following safety and DOT standards. It is an outdoor, year-round position requiring physical lifting and movement of materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds, with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of material-handling experience preferred.
