Description
The Material Handler / Baler-Sorter will operate and monitor baler, shredder, and sorting equipment in a manufacturing operation in Lancaster, Ohio. The role involves separating good product from damaged material, feeding materials into the shredder, routing materials throughout the facility, following production and bale tickets, maintaining equipment and safety standards, and performing other material-handling duties. The position requires physical work including lifting 30–50 pounds occasionally, standing for extended periods, and frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, along with reliable attendance, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
