Description
The Material Handler supports warehouse and production operations by stocking, moving, loading, and unloading materials and freight; preparing materials for production or shipping; maintaining organized storage systems; and following safety and standard operating procedures. The role may include coaching team members, reporting equipment defects, and performing continuous-improvement projects. Required qualifications include warehouse or material-handling experience, forklift experience and certification, the ability to lift 50 pounds, strong teamwork and communication skills, and attention to detail; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with bilingual English-Spanish ability, overtime availability, and one year of inventory-management experience.
