Description
The Pillow Production Operator supplies production lines with fiber and components, loads hoppers, makes boxes, applies license plates, pulls bags and shells, packs and boxes pillows and shipping cartons, counts cartons, affixes labels, scans license plates, records downtime and changeovers, and follows production changeover procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, pallet-jack operation, basic math skills, safe equipment use, and the ability to carry up to 50 pounds and stand for a full 12-hour shift.
