Description
The Material Handler receives, loads, unloads, counts, weighs, measures, codes, and stores products and materials for storage and distribution. The role also moves merchandise with hand tools and forklifts, opens and secures containers, sorts and stacks inventory, checks inbound freight, maintains sales-floor and warehouse stock, reports discrepancies and damaged shipments, and keeps work areas clean. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and the ability to frequently lift 25 to 75 pounds and occasionally more.
