BlueLinx is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for its distribution center. The role involves safely operating a forklift, loading and unloading trailers or rail cars, storing and retrieving building materials, preparing distribution paperwork, inspecting and maintaining equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with inventory counts. The position offers a fixed wage of $25.15 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule, and medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, tuition, life insurance, paid time off, and company holidays. Applicants should have one year or recent forklift/warehouse experience, the ability to safely operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds, and a safe work record.
