BlueLinx is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for its distribution center. The role involves safely operating a forklift, loading and unloading trailers or rail cars, storing and retrieving building materials, preparing distribution paperwork, inspecting and maintaining equipment, maintaining work areas, and assisting with inventory counts. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a fixed wage, and medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, tuition, life insurance, paid time off, and company holidays. Applicants need one year or recent forklift/warehouse experience, safe work history, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the ability to follow directions and read orders.
