Description
The Helper assists an assigned crew by reading blueprints and specifications, determining material quantities and sizes, ordering materials, scheduling equipment, setting up work orders and account numbers, and receiving, inspecting, unloading, and distributing materials and equipment. The role requires at least two years of industrial construction or maintenance experience and knowledge of maintenance and construction materials, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
