Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Material Handler I for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing team. The role moves, stores, receives, and supplies materials; processes kitting orders and inventory transactions; prepares finished products for shipment; and safely operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, and knowledge of warehouse systems and Lean practices. Two or more years of industrial warehouse experience, forklift operation experience, and six months of RF scanner experience are preferred. The shift is 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with an hourly rate of $16.76 and eligibility for a variable incentive plan.
