Description
The Material Handler I receives, stores, and distributes materials and products in a warehouse or production environment. The role involves verifying shipments, picking materials according to work orders, maintaining inventory records, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and coordinating with inventory control and production teams. A high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, basic math and reading skills, and forklift certification or willingness to obtain it are required; warehouse experience, WMS familiarity, safety knowledge, organizational and communication skills, and flexible availability are preferred.
