Description
The Material Handler II performs advanced warehouse functions in a Goodwill Distribution Center, including sorting donations and merchandise, processing, stacking, palletizing, and preparing materials for storage, shipment, or sale. The role requires operating powered equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, tippers, trash compactors, and balers; maintaining safe and organized work areas; following safety and standard operating procedures; and supporting warehouse, dock, and outlet operations. Candidates must complete Material Handler II training, hold electric pallet-jack certification, and meet physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds and working in outdoor areas.
