Description
The Material Handler Lead provides day-to-day operational leadership and coordination for Neogen warehouse activities while participating in material handling operations. The role manages workflow across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, staging, inventory, and shipping; ensures SAP S/4HANA EWM and RF device accuracy; supports inventory control, safety, process compliance, employee training, shift coordination, issue escalation, and continuous improvement. It requires at least three years of warehouse or related operational experience, SAP EWM or ERP experience, RF scanner experience, and strong material-handling and inventory knowledge.
