Description
The Material Handling Supervisor oversees and coaches material-handling staff in a manufacturing warehouse, supervising truck unloading and loading, material transportation, order picking, put-away, shipping, inventory preparation, equipment safety, and quality compliance. The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least five years of shipping, inventory control, material handling, or receiving experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, prior supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to safely operate turret and stand-up/reach forklifts in narrow locations. The position is based at the Knoxville campus and requires first-shift work, physical lifting of up to 50 pounds, and occasional overtime.
