EVERSANA is hiring a Material Handler Operations Lead to assist the Operations Supervisor with first-shift day-to-day operations. The role manages employee performance, work processes, safety procedures, department activities, SOP compliance, productivity, and inventory displays. Candidates need a working knowledge of material handling, teamwork, attention to detail, timely task completion, and IT hardware and software skills; forklift certification is preferred. The position requires standing or walking at least 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing bending, squatting, pivoting, and stooping in a busy environment.
