Description
Flexcon is hiring Material Handlers for its Columbus, Nebraska plant to support production operations, complete assigned tasks, follow standardized work, and promote safety and quality. The role requires an H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent, basic computer and ERP-learning ability, written-work-instruction reading, basic math, ruler-reading, and safety compliance; prior forklift experience is a plus but training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:55 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with compensation starting at $17.61 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) match.
