Description
The General Warehouse employee performs pick-and-pack and shipping duties, including selecting carton sizes, labeling, picking and preparing products, inspecting books, recording short-shipment adjustments, and moving between departments as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and keyboarding skills, WMS learning ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with occasional mandatory overtime, and the position offers a $1,000 retention bonus after one year, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and 401(k) eligibility.
