The General Warehouse employee performs pick, pack, and ship duties, including selecting carton sizes, labeling, picking and preparing products, recording short-shipment adjustments, moving between departments, and maintaining a safe and orderly work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and keyboarding skills, the ability to learn a warehouse management system, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers hourly pay of $17.28 to $17.98 plus a $3.00 shift differential, along with a retention bonus, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) eligibility.
