Synergy Flavors, part of the Carbery Group, is hiring a second-shift Material Handler in its Operations department in Wauconda, Illinois. The role supports production and warehouse teams by picking, staging, organizing, and delivering materials, managing refrigerated goods and recycled items, assisting with cycle counts and sample collection, and keeping warehouse and lot areas orderly. The position is onsite, pays $17 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift and stand-up double reach truck experience, strong communication and organization skills, and experience in a GMP or food safety environment preferred.
