Description
The Material Handler Supervisor oversees the flow of donated goods through the production area, coordinates dock, staging, transportation, and production activities, supervises material handlers, audits material movement, maintains inventories, oversees baling and scrap-metal operations, and supports safe warehouse practices. The role requires production or warehouse experience, supervisory experience, familiarity with dock equipment and material-handling techniques, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds in a warehouse environment. The position pays $23.97 per hour and reports to the Production Assistant Manager.
