Polamer Precision Inc. is hiring a full-time Material Handler / Water Spider for first- and second-shift work in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The role oversees workflow and raw-material allocation, handles materials to work centers, monitors inventory and ERP data, supports cycle counts and lot management, communicates demand changes, and maintains continuous production flow. The position requires physical movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, safety equipment, and the ability to work with cranes and potentially loud or dangerous machinery.
