Description
This entry-level Materials Handler role handles and maintains the flow of building materials and products in a production environment. Responsibilities include lifting, carrying, stacking, and operating motorized and non-motorized material-handling equipment, following safety procedures, and receiving training from foremen or senior handlers. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, manual dexterity, knowledge of material-handling equipment and safety procedures, and the ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
