Description
The Warehouse and Shipping/Receiving Specialist performs advanced receiving, shipment inspection, documentation verification, outbound shipping, inventory control, material staging, discrepancy resolution, and operational coordination in a regulated medical-device environment. The role also trains Material Handler I and II team members, supports process improvement, and requires knowledge of GMP, clinical laboratory, transportation, and other regulatory standards. It involves warehouse and cold-storage work, physical material handling, PPE use, and potential overtime or schedule adjustments.
