Ulbrich Stainless Steels and Specialty Metals is hiring a Material Layout Processor in Wallingford, Connecticut. The role reviews customer orders, production schedules, material inventory, equipment capacity, and processing specifications; performs material selection, production layouts, yield calculations, scrap estimates, and restock planning; and coordinates with scheduling, inventory control, and metallurgists to maximize material utilization and meet delivery requirements. The position requires an on-site Monday-through-Friday schedule, a high school diploma, at least three years of related work experience, mathematical and computer skills, and knowledge of machining operations.
