O’Neal Manufacturing Services is hiring a Machine Operator I for CNC cutting operations. The role involves safely setting up and operating oxyfuel, plasma, laser, and other metal-cutting and processing equipment; loading heavy steel plates; selecting cutting programs and consumables; producing parts according to engineering drawings; and performing first-piece inspections with measuring tools. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, blueprint-reading ability, hand-tool and measuring-tool proficiency, forklift and crane operation, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
