Russell Stover Chocolates is hiring a Material Planner to support manufacturing operations by analyzing MRP and production schedules, determining purchase requirements, coordinating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, managing backorders and inbound shipments, resolving invoice and quality discrepancies, and supporting food safety and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint experience, and MRP/ERP experience; manufacturing experience and SAP/IBP experience are preferred.
