Description
The Material Planner for Hardware Support Services plans and manages spare parts and service materials for Ericsson’s global hardware support and repair operations. The role consolidates demand, translates it into purchase, repair, and transfer orders, monitors supply execution, maintains inventory and master data, analyzes availability and cost KPIs, and collaborates with logistics, repair centers, customer support, engineering, sourcing, finance, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–15 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, or related operations, with ERP or service logistics experience.
