Flex is hiring a Material Planning Analyst in Guadalajara, South Campus to support the timely procurement and availability of direct materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor supplier performance, and prepare data-driven reports and purchase orders. The role reports to the Materials Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, prior material planning or supply chain experience, ERP knowledge, intermediate Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.
