The role leads demand-to-capacity alignment, material flow, team development, cross-functional risk mitigation, and Lean and digital transformation initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of manufacturing experience, offers a base salary of $91,700 to $152,700, and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, and other benefits.
