Description
Base is hiring a Material Planning Intern to own material planning for assigned parts, run MRP and inventory calculations, translate production schedules into supplier forecasts, identify shortages and supply risk, support engineering changes and new parts, analyze planning data, and build a lasting planning improvement. The role requires a degree or comparable path in a quantitative field, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to work with incomplete information; SQL, Python, scripting, and MRP or ERP exposure are advantageous. The internship is in-person and sits between manufacturing, engineering, procurement, quality, and logistics.
