Description
Assurant is hiring a Manufacturing Floor Lead to work with supervisors, train and develop associates, monitor production performance and quality controls, coordinate resources and cross-functional workflows, resolve process issues, maintain attendance and inventory records, track KPI and SLA performance, and complete daily reports. The role is based in Irving, Texas, with a Monday-Thursday schedule from 5:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED plus at least one year of lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
