Description
The Material Program Coordinator compiles, monitors, and reports material health and status to support program milestones and production objectives. The role interfaces with material managers, buyers, accounting, production control, suppliers, receiving warehouse, parts master, planning, and engineering; verifies and distributes yard materials; coordinates excess-material use; validates purchase orders against receipts; develops material-health metrics; creates new parts; and compiles weekly program reports. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of production, program coordination, warehouse, or related experience, and the ability to handle large work volumes, communicate effectively, and work overtime as needed.
