Description
The Material Program Manager will manage supply chain programs for assigned products and programs, supporting delivery, reducing supply risk and costs, optimizing cash flow, and improving Ichor Systems’ efficiency and profitability. The role owns material shortages, supplier engagement, ERP and PLM configuration, demand volatility buffers, risk-buy strategies, build-plan alignment, and resolution of supply constraints. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, preferably across multiple operational disciplines, along with ERP and PLM experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
