Ursa Major is hiring a full-time Material Program Manager to serve as an operational bridge between program management, engineering, operations, and supply chain. The role owns costed bills of materials, material baselines, pricing and lead-time variances, supplier onboarding, part availability, shortage resolution, ERP/MRP data, program estimates, tooling budgets, make-or-buy decisions, and government-furnished property compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of material planning, supply chain, or program coordination experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing, and advanced ERP/MRP and Excel skills. The position offers a base salary of $84,480–$105,600 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
