Neros is hiring a Materials Associate to support the accurate and timely flow of materials through receiving, inventory control, material handling, and production support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role includes processing incoming materials, put-away and replenishment, inventory transactions and audits, traceability, and cross-training across receiving, inventory, and production support. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of relevant experience, basic computer and ERP skills, and the ability to handle materials up to 50 pounds. The role pays $26.00 to $28.00 USD per hour, with equity grants considered part of the total compensation package.
