Description
Majestic Steel is hiring a Packaging Associate to review order instructions, label and package materials according to customer specifications and quality standards, operate micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment safely, report damage or quality issues, and support the production crew. The role pays $18.00 per hour, runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. with overtime as required, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, disability, paid parental leave, PTO, and paid holidays. Minimal manufacturing or warehouse experience is required, while a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and lift-truck operation experience are preferred. The role requires frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds and physical activity in varying temperature conditions.
