Description
The Concrete Testing Technician performs concrete specimen handling, curing, capping, compression testing, mix design, cement-based material testing, and related laboratory and on-site testing. The role also includes equipment maintenance, customer witness testing, recordkeeping, and participation in professional training. A junior college, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in civil, architecture, or environmental engineering is required; laboratory testing experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome because full training is provided. A regular passenger car driver’s license is required, and the position requires physical stamina and willingness to work overtime.
