Blue Origin is hiring an early-career materials and process engineering professional to support the development, qualification, testing, scale-up, and production implementation of thermal protection systems, adhesives, sealants, and protective coatings for aerospace flight hardware. The role works under senior-engineer mentorship with chemical and materials engineers, design teams, manufacturing engineers, and technicians, combining laboratory characterization, process qualification, technical documentation, shop-floor troubleshooting, non-conformance support, and chemical-safety compliance.
