E-Space is hiring a mid-level Materials & Process Engineer in Saratoga, California to develop manufacturing solutions for complex polymer and composite parts used in LEO satellite systems. The role focuses on solving part-production challenges, designing and building custom tooling, forming presses, fixtures, and high-throughput equipment, applying SolidWorks and GD&T, and scaling prototype processes to high-volume production. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or materials engineering or a related technical field, 3–6 years of experience with scalable manufacturing processes, advanced SolidWorks skills, and hands-on fabrication expertise.
