Karman Industries is hiring a Materials Engineer to identify, qualify, and develop materials and manufacturing processes for its Heat Processing Unit and related product development. The role covers materials selection, qualification testing, thermoset and metal joining process development, laboratory operations, materials characterization, first-principles modeling, compliance and certification, and hands-on material and process integration. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials field and at least five years of experience in materials selection, qualification, or process development.
