Description
LAT Aerospace is hiring a full-time Materials & Process Engineer to research and qualify composite materials for aircraft structures, develop material databases and models, characterize CFRP, GFRP, honeycomb, adhesive, and layup systems, correlate models with experimental data, and create repeatable manufacturing processes. The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on composite manufacturing experience in aerospace or high-performance builds, a postgraduate degree in a relevant engineering or materials field, and expertise in composite mechanics, testing, adhesives, statistical analysis, and non-destructive inspection.
