ThermAvant Technologies, LLC is seeking a Materials and Process Engineer to support the development, qualification, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of materials and manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies. The role covers material selection and qualification, manufacturing-process development and validation, production readiness, defect and failure analysis, supplier development, regulatory compliance, and technical support for manufacturing personnel. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a materials-related field, experience with composite materials and joining processes, knowledge of aerospace standards and qualification requirements, and familiarity with statistical process control, design of experiments, non-destructive testing, and metallurgical analysis.
